Last weekend Bentley and Yolanda traveled up to the Toledo Kennel Club’s Scent Work Trials held in Toledo, OH. It was their first ever Handler Discrimination trial, and they earned a clean run in the Novice Class both days.
On Saturday, they earned First Place in Novice A with Bentley correctly indicating the correct container in the fastest time of 17.37 seconds.
On Sunday, they again earned first place in Novice A with a time of 18.00 seconds.
This gives them two of the three legs required to earn their American Kennel Club’s SHDN (Scent Work Handler Discrimination – Novice Level) Title. This will be a first for River Rock Great Danes!
